发明名称 CELLULAR ANALYSER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized and inexpensive analyser by irradiating the cell flowing through a flow cell with laser beam and detecting two kinds of forward scattering beams scattered by the cell. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam emitted from a semiconductor laser is condensed to the particle flowing part of a flow cell 24 and blood treated with a reagent is allowed to flow as a fine stream. A beam stopper 27 and the contact lens 25 provided in parallel thereto are arranged behind the flow cell 24 and, further, one photodiode 26 is arranged. The lens 25 condenses forward scattering beam scattered by the cell flowing through the flow cell 24 so as to make the same parallel to an optical axis. The photodiode 26 receives forward scattering beam and converts the intensity of the beam to an electric pulse signal. The photodiode 26 used as a photodetector receives the forward scattering beam made parallel to the optical axis by the lens 25 but has a light detection surface fractionated so as to be capable of receiving two kinds of forward scattering beams among scattered beams.</p>
