PURPOSE:To obtain a wiring assembly in which the labor is reduced in the assembling work by bonding an insulator to a winding thereby eliminating the need of correcting the coil or carrying the winding into a baking furnace or carrying out the winding therefrom. CONSTITUTION:When a protrusion sticking machine 15 sucks a piece of insulating protrusion 3b from a protrusion stocker, a rapid cure adhesive is blown to the bottom face of the protrusion. When a winder 7 winds up a coil 16 by a required number of turns, the sticking machine 15 sets the protrusion 3b at a predetermined position on the coil 16 and sticks the protrusion 3b to the coil 16. The winder 7 and the sticking machine 15 function alternately to wind the coil 16 while fixing the coil 16 and sticking the protrusion 3b thereto. Consequently, the coil 16 is prevented from being deformed due to the weight thereof or an external force thus eliminating the need of correcting the external dimensions. Furthermore, the labor is reduced in the assembling work because a rapid cure adhesive is employed to eliminate the need of carrying the coil into a baking furnace or carrying out the coil therefrom. |
