<p>PURPOSE:To provide an intake mechanism only in one place, so as to simplify a pump piping by providing respective sub-cylinders on the front and rear sides of front and rear walls of a main cylinder, and enabling the independent reciprocating motion of a sub-piston rod in relation to the reciprocating motion of a main piston. CONSTITUTION:Two injection cylinders 2 are parallely and continuously provided on a main cylinder 1, and injection pistons 3 fitted into respective injection cylinders 2 are connected to a main piston 6 fitted into the main cylinder 1, and for dividing the inside of the main cylinder 1 into front and rear operating chambers 4, 5. Respective sub-cylinders 7, 8 on the front and rear sides are provided on a front wall 1d and a rear wall 1b of the main cylinder 1 and communicated with respective operating chambers 45 through communication holes 9, 10. And a sub-piston 11 penetrating the main piston 4, and provided with sub-piston parts 12, 13 to be inserted into respective sub-cylinders 7, 8 are provided, and operating air is supply-controlled through an intake hole 14 provided on the sub-piston rod 11.</p> |
