<p>PURPOSE: To improve productivity and greatly reduce manufacturing cost by minimizing vibration generated in stopping a robot and extremely shortening a time for stopping. CONSTITUTION: A robot has an X-axis table 6 transferred to a Y-axis direction on a Y-axis table 1 with the operation of a driving means 2 and a head 8 transferred to an X-axis direction on the X-axis table 6. The Y-axis table 1 is provided with vibration attenuating means 10 for attenuating vibration generated in stopping a ball screw axis 3 and the X-axis table 6 with the resistance of a fluid.</p> |
