PURPOSE:To provide a damper itself with moderate restoring force to return into the balanced state. CONSTITUTION:A damper is formed of a damper container 1 formed of a rubber like elastic member, and a viscous fluid filled in the damper container 1. The damper container 1 is formed of a cylindrical side wall part 2, a connecting part 6 formed outward in the conical side face state being connected to one end side of the side wall part 2, an action column 4 positioned on the centerline of the side wall part 2 being connected to the connecting part 6 and extended inward, and a bottom part 3 formed in plane shape being connected to the other end side of the side wall part 2. |
