PURPOSE:To provide a diced and dried SHIITAKE (a kind of mushroom; Lentinula edodes) capable of being used for, e.g. various kinds of dishes and saving labor required for cutting it into dice. CONSTITUTION:This is a diced and dried SHIITAKE produced by cutting SHIITAKE into dice using a comb-shaped blade. This diced and dried SHIITAKE enables saving of labor required for cutting SHIITAKE tiny pieces and ready measurement of the amount required for the number of persons when it is used as an ingredient for SUSHI (vinegared rice with fish and vegetables) or for preparation of soup stock. |
