PURPOSE: To mold even a product having a complicated shape while reducing the generation of flash by extruding a parison from an extrusion head to grasp a part thereof by a manipulator and subjecting the parison to blow molding within a hermetically closed mold wherein both molds are closed. CONSTITUTION: At a time of blow molding, at first, the lower end of the parison 132 extruded from an extrusion nozzle 134 is grasped by a manipulator 110. Next, a first mold part 120 is moved until the parison 132 comes into contact with the cavity 124 of the first mold part 120 and the upper part of the parison 132 is introduced into a mold cavity 124A. Succeedingly, the manipulator 110 is moved upwardly by 90 deg. and the parison 132 is brought into contact with the projected part 130 formed to the mating surface 126 of the first mold part 120 to be bent and the lower part of the parison is introduced into a mold cavity 124B. Then, a second mold part 122 is moved and the first mold 120 is closed in such a state that the parison 132 is interposed between both mold parts and compressed gas is supplied into the parison 132. |
