<p>PURPOSE:To provide a traffic adjusting method for an ATM network system which can shorten connection waiting time for information requiring instantaneous connection as short as possible. CONSTITUTION:A traffic controller part 14 judges the validity/invalidity of connection allocation to a call setting request from a terminal 1, and when the allocation is invalid, a negotiation cell requesting a traffic change is transferred to a cell controller part 8, which judges whether the change request can be accepted or not. At the time of judging the acceptance of the request, traffic is changed and the negotiation cell accepting the traffic change is transferred to the controller part 14.</p> |
