PURPOSE:To reduce a working time of rail welding by integrating a device to give tension to rail, a device to execute alignment and upward cambering, a torsion correcting device, a welding device and a removing device of reinforcement of weld on a base. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 is set parallel to rails R1, R2, the level of rails is appropriately set by adjusting an adjuster 10. The rails R1, R2 are approached each other by tensioners 4, 5, initial tension is given to the rails R1, R2. By operating an alignment device 6, the rails R1, R2 are aligned. Inclination of rails R1, R2 is corrected by operating a torsion correcting device 7. The Joining end side of rails R1, R2 is set upward a little bit to reduce the residual stress after welding. Joining part is welded by a welding equipment 9. Excessive reinforcement of weld is removed by an excessive reinforcement of weld removing device 8. By releasing the rails R1, R2 from restraint and dismantling the base 1, the work is completed. |
