PURPOSE:To easily form a plurality of emitter constructions capable of preventing process damage owing to emitter separation, short between emitters, and easily separable. CONSTITUTION:On a semiconductor substrate 1, an insulating film 2 is partially made out of material different from that of the semiconductor substrate 1. Semiconductor layers 3 are selectively formed on the semiconductor substrate 1 and the insulating film 2 so as to be separated on the insulating film 2, and a potential bavier 4 is formed on the layer 3 so that singular surfaces different from the surface of the semiconductor substrate 1 may face each other. |
