The plastics bottle, with a closure cap, has a neck (14) with three spaced ring ridges (11,13,15) over each other. The lower ring ridge (11) has a lower flat surface as a ring holding flange (17). The gap between the lower (11) and centre (13) ring ridges forms a ring groove (18) to secure the bottom of the closure cap. The gap between the centre (13) and upper (15) ring ridges forms a ring groove (19) as a clip fixture for the cap lid. The bottle is of injection moulded polyethylene terephthalate with a polyethylene cap.
