<p>PURPOSE:To reduce blur on a picture display surface and to keep the clearness of a screen even when the screen is blurred by wiping off with cloth or the like and using water as a medium for an input pen for a touch panel. CONSTITUTION:The outside of a 1st input pen 20 is surrounded by a case 31 constituted of a conductor such as a metal, its rear part is closed by a cap 32 so as to be opened/closed, its inside is filled with water 35 and absorbent cotton 36 for holding the water 35, and its front part is blocked by a pen tip constituted of a hydroscopic material such as felt. The pen 20 transmits the capacity of a human body to a transparent electrode on the touch panel by the pen tip 30 through the metallic case 31 and water 35 to detect a change in the capacity. Since water 35 is used for the medium, the surface of the panel is not easily blurred, and even if the surface is blurred, the surface can easily be cleaned by wiping off the blur.</p> |
