PURPOSE:To simply lead out a cable without need for troublesome work such as sealing up. CONSTITUTION:A lead-out opening 21 is formed in a building 12 which is large enough to pass attachments P, such as a connector for connecting a cable, and which connects the interior and the exterior of the building 12. Small animal intrusion preventing members 35, 36 are placed on the rim of the opening 21 to cover the opening 21. A cable insertion hole 39 is formed in the small animal intrusion preventing members 35, 36 in such a way that it can be freely shrunk and expanded. The cable insertion hole 39 is opened and closed by means of an open/close means.
