<p>PURPOSE:To automatically confirm the connection of a testing apparatus to a board, to automatically set a test signal and to automatically compute the conversion accuracy of the board by instaling a changeover means which forms an electric circuit according to every board as an object to be tested and to a test content. CONSTITUTION:In an analog-input/output-board testing apparatus 13, a voltage/ current generator 14 outputs a test signal (a voltage, a current or the like) which simulates the input/output signal of a board 5 in a test. A digital multimeter 16 measures an electric signal which is output by every board 5 when the test signal is input. A changeover device 16 as a changeover means forms a proper electric circuit by changing over a contact according to the test content of the board as an object to be tested. A terminal stand Gis used so as to be connected to a cable 7 for the board. In addition, a processing unit 18 is provided with databases regarding every board 5, it controls the generator 14, the multimeter 10 and the changeover device 16, it sequentially selects the board as the object to be tested, it confirms a connection, and it evaluates a conversion function on the basis of a test result.</p> |
