PURPOSE:To provide a hole-drilling displacement measurement system for accurately determining the initial value of a clinometer. CONSTITUTION:A first inclination angle in X-axis or Y-axis direction is measured by a clinometer 14 and at the same time, the second inclination angle in X-axis or Y-axis direction of auger screw 12 is measured by the clinometer 14 while the auger screw 12 is rotated by 180 degrees. Then, the average value of the first and second inclination angles becomes an initial value in X-axis or Y-axis direction.
