PURPOSE:To control a motor at a constant speed before changing an FG signal even if a desired FG signal is selected from a plurality of selectable motor speed (FG) signals without replacing an oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A frequency-dividing means 4 is constituted of a first frequency- dividing circuit 9 and a second frequency-dividing circuit 8, a plurality of frequency-dividing ratios of the second frequency-dividing circuit 8 can be set in advance, the frequency-dividing ratios are set equally to the ratio of each frequency of a plurality of selectable FG signals, and the ratios can be set to a frequency-dividing ratio which is equal to the ratio of frequency of the FG signal which is selected based on an external SELECT signal.
