PURPOSE:To reduce a harmful influence on control temperature of other VAVs or environmental deterioration or energy loss produced by the control of an air supply temperature load reset during the control of an air capacity. CONSTITUTION:It is determined whether or not a blow-off air supply temperature from a requirement status fed from each VAV is to be changed (step 101). When it is found necessary to change the blow-off air supply temperature, it must be checked whether or not the required air capacity from each VAV includes a check item ¦ required air capacity -actual air capacity¦ a (step 103). If there exists a value which exceeds (a) when checked, the time elapse for b minutes is waited as a waiting time for an air capacity change (effect waiting time) (step 104). Furthermore, the time elapse for c minutes is waited as a waiting time for a room temperature change (effect waiting time) (step 106) and then the operation step is returned to the step 101. |
