<p>A 4-substituted nitroaniline compound represented by general formula (I) (wherein R1 represents C¿5?-C8 cycloalkyl; R?2¿ represents C¿1?-C14 alkyl, C5-C8 cycloalkyl or -(CH2)n-Ar, wherein Ar represents phenyl, halophenyl, pyridyl or furyl, and n represents an integer of 1 to 3; and X represents -O-, -NH-, -S-, -SO- or -SO2-). It has the effect of inhibiting inflammatory cytokine production and is useful as an antipyretic, analgesic or anti-inflammatory for inflammatory diseases and as a remedy for autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and bone diseases such as osteoporosis.</p> |
