An oligonucleotide designated as "Aptastruc" is disclosed, characterized in that it has an affinity for a non-linear DNA or RNA target nucleic acid sequence, and, particularly, that it is at least partially composed of a nucleic base sequence that prevents a canonical interaction with the target sequence from taking place and forms a complex with said target sequence.
