A number of gearing sections (25a) project from the screw spindle (20). A contact section (26) in the rotor (10) engages with the gearing sections, in accordance with the rotation of the rotor, to limit the rotation and to prevent release of the screw spindle from the rotor. The gearing sections are located at a distance from the outer threads of the spindle. The gearing sections are formed by lowering an end section of the spindle. Each section has a surface parallel to an axis of the spindle. A rotation prevention element is located coaxial to the spindle. It has a slot to form a guide surface, to guide the movement of the gearing sections in the slot.
