PURPOSE:To reduce costs of a stair and shorten manufacturing time period by a method wherein stair bodies of various kinds are prepared beforehand and one stair body, which is suitable to the setting position, is selected from these stair bodies to set it at the setting position. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of stair bodies 10 having different number of steps are prepared beforehand. A stair body, which has a length suitable to a setting position, is selected out of the stair bodies 10 to set it at the setting position. A tread-board member 14 having a proper cross-sectional shape corresponding to the slope of the stair bod 10, when it is installed, is formed and the tread board 14 is attached to the upper surface 12 of the stair body 10. |
