<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a self-supporting container enhancing the heat resistance of content at the time of heat sterilization and excellent in impact resistance by forming a thick-walled rib in a valley line part to crystallize the same. CONSTITUTION:A container made of a synthetic resin consisting of a mouth neck part 2, a neck part 3, a body part 4 and a bottom part 5 is molded by biaxial stretch blow molding. As a synthetic resin to be used, a saturated polyester resin is suitable from a viewpoint of strength, transparency and gas barrier properties. Herein, the bottom part 5 has a plurality of leg parts 7 radially expanded around the center of the bottom part 5 and valley line parts are formed between the leg parts 7 to form a self-supporting structure. Thick-walled ribs 9 are formed at least in the valley line parts 15 and crystallized. It is pref. to whiten and crystallize the mouth neck part 2 and the upper part of the neck part 3.</p> |
