PURPOSE: To allow spectators to appreciate such upright objects as works of art and monuments from every direction by supporting them for floating rotation. CONSTITUTION: The assembly or device comprises a base 1 and a pedestal 2 mounted thereon. The pedestal 2 is rotatable in floating fashion on the vertical axis of the base 1 and is supported by a liquid membrane. The assembly or device particularly supports such upright objects as works of art and monuments.
