Sprung tongues (9) are positioned at a distance from each of the two front ends of the clamping sleeve (1). The internal width of the sleeve on the side possessing the actuator (11) for the tongues is greater than the external diameter of the tool used. The actuator is tubular and has an external diameter matching the inner diameter of the clamping sleeve and it internal diameter matches the external diameter of the tool. The clamping sleeve and actuator are joined by a radial fastening pin. The tongues are formed by slits (6) in the clamping sleeve. Each slit starts from the sleeve's outer casing surface (5) and has a first radial section (7) next to a section (8) parallel to the sleeve axis.
