Polyolefine, which is degradable by soil bacteries, consists of polypropylene or polyethylene or propylene-ethylene copolymer with ethylene contents from 0,5 to 38 per cent weight of ethylene copolymer with alpha-olefines with number of carbons from C4 to C12 with contents in range 0,3 to 15 per cent weight and from 0,5 to 30 per cent weight of mineral filler with particle dimension to 25 micro meter 0,1 to 5 per cent weights of lipids of vegetables or synthetic origin with one or more double bonds in molecule and 0,01 to 1 per cent weight of hydrolysable nonphenolitic phosphite stabilizer. It is suitable, when the polyolefine is at least unilateraly retched and contains to 1 per cent weight of salts or complexes of metals with passing valence which are coated together with lipids on filler particles.
