摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated magnetic core sheet which inhibits the generation of strains by alternating a specific number of laminated magnetic core thin steel plates, specific ceramic insulation layers and metal bonding layers so as to laminate and thermally contact-bonding each other. CONSTITUTION:There is formed a ceramic insulation layer with a thickness of above 0.1mum at least on one of the surfaces of a laminated magnetic core thin steel plate 4, and a metal bonding layer 3 whose thickness exceeds 0.1mum is formed on the surface of the ceramic insulation layer 2. There is also formed a metal bonding layer having the same thickness on the other surface of the thin steel plate 4. Then, a plurality of thin steel plates, where the ceramic insulation layers 2 and the metal bonding layers 3 are formed, are sandwiched between the ceramic insulation layers 2 whose thickness is identical and the metal bonding layers 3 whose thickness is identical and laminated. A plurality of thin steel plates are heated and bonded by hot press at a temperature higher than 600 deg.C and lower than 1200 deg.C.</p>
