PURPOSE:To draw lots similarly to throwing a die without using the die by providing a lottery mechanism which determines a given winning number at specified timing, and also providing a setting means which sets timing unpredictable in a length of time in response to an action for drawing lots. CONSTITUTION:As soon as a game is started, a great number of indication lamps 23 are turned on and off in order, and a roulette action is performed over a great number of indication surfaces 21A. A ball 13 is then ejected out of a ball ejector 30 to a play field via a ball dispersion unit 31. Let the ball 13 ejected be lowered down while it is being irregularly bounded and rotated along an oblique surface 12b, and drop it into a pit hole 12d at the center section of a bottom surface. Furthermore, the dropped ball 13 is detected by respective ball sensors 14A and 14B, the roulette action on the indication surface 23 is suspended by the detection timing, and a lamp only for a specified indication surface 21A is concurrently turned on.
