<p>PURPOSE: To receive even seismic waves of high frequency by a simple operation securely by drilling a storage hole for vibration receiving machine under the ground and inserting and fixing a casing having a cross section of a an opening in the polygonal shape to measure seismic waves. CONSTITUTION: A storage hole 1 for vibration receiving machine which is extended linearly is drilled in a rock-bed 2 by a hole drilling machine, and a casing 3, which is provided with a reinforcing rib 4 on the outside thereof and has a cross section of an opening in the square shape, is inserted in the storage hole 1. The casing 3 inserted into the storage hole 1 is fixed by cement. For a vibration receive system 7, box bodies 10 which store a sensor 11 are mutually connected by a pipelike connection element 14, and one sensor group 8 is constituted of two sensors 11. When the vibration receiving system 7 is fitted in the casing 3, the box bodies 10 of the sensor 11 are fitted almost without clearance. It is possible to receive seismic waves from nearly the entire periphery without leakage, by providing a plurality of sets of the sensor groups 8.</p> |
