The vegetational culture soil composition for a slope afforestation is composed of 10˜50wt.% of a yellow soil of a basaltic weathering soil, 15˜25wt.% of a sewage sludge powder, 5˜15wt.% of a paper sludge powder, 10˜20wt.% of a used briquet powder, 5˜15wt.% of a waste paper powder, 5˜7wt.% of a gypsum(CaSO42H2O) and a residual microorganism of nitric acid reducing bacterium or cellulose degradating bacterium. The culture soil composition has a strong adhesiveness and a good water absorptivity.
