CONSTITUTION:At the time or power-on processing, the power-on command is continuously outputted to plural peripheral devices 12 by a power-on command output part 14 without waiting for the power-on completion signal from each peripheral device 12; and after this output of the power-on command, a power-on completion signal confirmation part 15 confirms the power-on completion signal from each peripheral device 12. That is, the power-on processing is performed in parallel in plural peripheral devices 12. f an information processor 11 has a function to set the wait time of the power-on completion signal for each peripheral device 12 by a wait time table 16 at this time, the power-on command is continuously outputted to peripheral devices 12 without monitoring neither waiting for the power-on completion signal from each peripheral device 12 by only setting the wait time in the wait time table 16 to 0.</p>
