<p>PURPOSE:To press in electric wires without bending them by forming a horizontal flat board on a connector main body, and rotatably providing tension absorbing plates capable of being arranged in the erected state on nearly the same plane as the board at the rear end of the board via hinge section. CONSTITUTION:When electric wires 49 are pressed into an opening section 41, tension absorbing plates 59a, 59b are arranged on nearly the same plane as a flat board 33, the electric wires 49 are prevented from interfering with a bridge section for constituting a strain relief structure and being deformed. Since the tension absorbing plates 59a, 59b are fixed in the erected state after the electric wires 49 are connected, bend sections are formed on the electric wires 49 by the tension absorbing plates 59a, 59b, and the tension applied to the electric wires 49 are borne by the bend sections. The electric wires 4 are prevented from interfering with the tension absorbing plates 59a, 59b when the electric wires 49 are pressed into a pressure contact connector 67, and the electric wires 49 can be pressed into it without being bent. The pressure contact workability is improved, the dispersion of the margin sizes of the tip sections of the electric wires 49 is eliminated, and a defective pressure contact can be prevented.</p> |
