<p>PURPOSE:To provide a quadrupole MS/MS mass spectrometer of simple structure. CONSTITUTION:A reflection cell 17 for storing cleavage gas is provided in one end of a pair of quadrupole electrodes 15 and a reflection electrode 18 for reflecting ion is provided therein. After an incident ion is made to continue intermittently in a pulse state by a chopping electrode 12 and pass through the quadrupole electrodes 15, it is made to cleave in the reflection cell 17, reflect by the reflection electrode 18, and pass through the quadruple electrodes 15.</p> |
