DEVICE FOR MONITORING OPERATING STATE OF GENERATOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To provide such a device for monitoring operating state of a generator motor through which the operator of a generator vehicle can monitor the operating state of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A power generator 3 and prime engine 4 which becomes the drive source of the generator 3 are mounted on a traveling vehicle 1 provided with a camera 9 for monitoring the rear and back monitoring TV set 8 for displaying the picture taken with the camera 9. An operating state judging device 6 judges the operating states of the generator 3 and prime engine 4 and displays judgment results on the TV set 8. A change-over switch circuit 7 which preferentially transmits signals from the camera 9 to the TV set 8 when the vehicle 1 is backed is provided between the camera 9 and the device 6 and TV set 8. When the vehicle 1 is backed, therefore, safety can be secured, because the picture at the rear of the vehicle 1 is displayed without fail on the TV set 8 even when the generator 8 generates electric power.
