PURPOSE:To use a synthetic resin engine intake pipe of complicate form with a bent section having an advantage in terms of strength for manufacture, ensure an ease for manufacture, eliminate a heat effect and improve adhesion strength, regardless of a method for manufacturing a complex air intake pipe of complicate form having the bent section. CONSTITUTION:This intake pipe 10 for an engine has an inner layer 11 formed at a blow molding process, and an outer layer 12 formed as integral part thereof at an injection molding process, using the layer 11 as a core. In addition, the thermal deformation temperature of the resin material of the layer 11 is equal to or above the thermal deformation temperature of the resin material of the layer 12, and the resin materials of the layers 11 and 12 are the same type. |
