PURPOSE:To prevent an infant from going up a stairs by a simple means to install fasteners on specified points on upper and lower ends of a plate through rubber and to install this plate on the stair. CONSTITUTION:A plate 1 is devised to engage with or to catch a head end of a first step of a stair certainly by installing specified rubber 2 on four points on upper and lower ends of the plate 1 and installing fasteners 3 on the plate 1. Additionally, fasteners 3 using springs 4 are firmly fixed on a head end of a third step of the stair. In the meantime, rubber 7 is installed on parts where the fasteners 3 and the fasteners 5 using the springs 4 make contact with the stair. An infant cannot go up the stair as the stair is blocked with the plate in such a way. Conversely, a grown-up can go up the stair by putting a foot on a clearance 6. Consequently, it prevents an accident as it is easy to install and the infant cannot go up the stairs while the grown-up can as it is set. |
