PURPOSE:To prevent the upside-down of a disc spring by preventing a side gear or a planet gear from moving in the same direction by a stopper part before the conical disc spring becomes flat when the side gear or the planet gear is moved against the energizing force of the disc spring. CONSTITUTION:A pair of side gears 3A, 3B and a pair of planet gears 4 are provided in a housing 2. A conical disc spring 5 to energize the side gears 3 in the axial direction and a washer 6 are interposed between the housing 2 and the end surface of the side gears 3. A ring-shaped sub washer 8 as a stopper to stop the side gears 3 before the disc spring 5 becomes flat when the side gears 3 are moved against the disc spring 5 is arranged between the tip of an annular projected part 31 at the end of the gears 3 and the bottom surface of an annular recessed part 21 formed in the housing 2. This constitution surely prevent the inconvenience that the disc spring 5 is upside down.
