PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the generation of adult diseases due to unbalanced nutrition by informing nutritious contents included in meals served by a restaurant and offering a message for food guidance. CONSTITUTION:This health management system is provided with a recording means 3 for recording the meal data 1 of meals surved by a restaurant and personal data 2 for a person receiving service for meals, a reading means 4 for reading out the data recorded in the means 3, a 1st storage means 5 for storing the data read out by the means 4, a 2nd storage means 6 for storing nutritious data 61 and reference data 62, a reading means 7 for reading out the data stored in the means 5 and reading out the nutritious data 61 and the reference data 62 corresponding to the meal data 1 and the personal data 2 from the means 6, a comparing means 8 for comparing the read nutritious data with the reference data 62 and outputting compared data, and a printing means 9 for printing out the nutritious data and the compared data. |
