PURPOSE:To secure the mechanical and electrical connection of a dielectric and a coupling terminal in a dielectric coaxial resonator composed by fitting the coupling terminal provided with a cylindrical part from an open end face side to the through-hole of the dielectric provided with the through-hole inside and electrically connecting it with an electrically conductive layer on the inner surface of the through-hole. CONSTITUTION:A squeezed part is formed at an inner part on the short-circuit end face side of the through-hole 3 of the dielectric 2 provided with the through- hole 3 inside and an electrically conductive bonding material 14 is interposed in a clearance generated between the peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 11 of the coupling terminal 10 inserted to the through-hole 3 and the electrically conductive layer 4 of the through-hole 3. Thus, at the time of inserting the cylindrical part 11 of the coupling terminal 10, the electrically conductive bonding material 14 is prevented from being removed and the electrically conductive layer 4 on the inner surface of the through-hole 3 is prevented from being stripped off. |
