PURPOSE:To provide a process cartridge provided with a sealing member capable of sufficiently fulfilling sealing performance, even if an impact, etc., are imparted, making a load to a developing sleeve light and enduring to use for a long period, in consideration of the operability of a user. CONSTITUTION:Magnet sealing members 4e are arranged with a prescribed gap (g) from the outer periphery of the developing sleeve 4a on both end parts of the developing sleeve 4a. On the inner periphery of the magnet sealing member 4e, a part confronted with the magnetic pole of the magnet 4b of the developing sleeve 4a is magnetized to a polarity reverse to the confronted magnetic pole. Thus, a magnetic field is formed between the magnet sealing member 4e and the developing sleeve 4a and the magnetic brush of a developer is formed along the pole line to prevent the flowing out of the developer. |
