PURPOSE:To obtain restarting schedule information by performing prediction operation of a rotor conductor temperature according to a specific operation expression based on the data set by a data setting means and an operation state detected by each type of detection means. CONSTITUTION:A prediction operation means 12 predicts and operates data of each process set by a data setting means 11, data detected by each kind of detection means, and a rotor conductor temperature according to the prediction operation expression of each process. A comparison judgment means 13 compares a prediction rotor conductor temperature obtained by the prediction operation means 12 with an allowable rotor conductor temperature set by the data setting means 11 to judge whether activation is allowed or not, thus immediately obtaining a cooling time for enabling restarting from the temperature of the prediction rotor conductor when a cage-type induction motor stops due to the conditions in a plant facility and then the induction motor is to be restarted, reducing the load of an operator, and securing the safety of the cage- type induction motor. |
