<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a resistance element having relatively high current capacity being formed on a multilayer ceramic board and a method for forming the resistance element. CONSTITUTION:The resistance element is used in a multilayer ceramic board where at least one green sheet 1a, having a rectangular prism filling resistor 11 filled in a rectangular hole 2 made at a predetermined position of the green sheet and electrode conductor patterns 5a, 5b arranged such that the filling resistor is connected on the surface of the green sheet at one or both ends to function as a resistor component in the electric circuit of the multilayer board, is laminated with another green sheet 1a and the like.</p> |
