PURPOSE:To provide a ceramic composition high in permittivity, low in dielectric loss, and large in insulation resistance by specifying the three components of Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3, Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2), and PbTiO3 in a three-component construction figure. CONSTITUTION:In a dielectric ceramic composition having Pb[(Mg1/3Nb2/3)xPb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)yTiZ]O3 for its main components, the values of x, y, and z are put in the range surrounded by A, B, C, and D in a three-component construction figure. But, x+y+z=1.00. In this construction range, a dielectric ceramic composition can be obtained, which is excellent in low-temperature sintering property, and possesses properties such as high permittivity, low dielectric loss, and high insulation resistance, and has small temperature change rate of capacity. |
