PURPOSE:To obtain a piezoelectric vibrator which can freely vibrate without loss and can withstand strong vibrations and shocks by loosely putting a piezoelectric body composed of a single plate or laminated plate in an external case so that very small gaps can be formed between the vibrator and case. CONSTITUTION:Since very small gaps are formed between an external case 7 and piezoelectric vibrator (piezoelectric transformer) 1, the vibrator (transformer) 1 can freely vibrate without loss and can withstand strong vibrations and shocks. |
