The opposite side (43) of the clamp (12) has a radiolucent rotation mechanism (54) for adjusting the angular position of the pair of head-engaging pins (46, 48) and a radiolucent translation mechanism (60) for linearly moving the pair of head-engaging pins (46, 48) with respect to the fixed head-engaging pin (42).</p> |
