The filter (1) is formed on a dielectric block (2) which has an outer conductor (13). Several mutually parallel inner conductors (14), are short circuited by coupling to an outer conductor on one side (15) of the dielectric block. The open ends (16) of the inner conductors lie near the other side (17) of the block, on which is located a protrusion. The protrusion has an sloping face (26), on which is secured a capacitive electrode (27), forming a capacitor with the inner conductors and the intermediate part of the block.
