The invention relates to a ventilation device with heat recovery. It comprises heat buffers which are composed of a number of plates or channels. Hot and cold air flow alternately through the buffer members; with the aid of sprayer components, atomized water is sprayed towards the surfaces of the heat accumulators only in the outgoing air flow. Each sprayer member is positioned upstream of the accumulators, as seen in the direction of flow of the air. An anti-limescale agent, for example vinegar and/or a disinfectant or the like, is included in the water fed to the sprayer member. The atomization time and the subsequent drying time are always adapted to the operating conditions by a control unit, in order always to obtain air which is as cool and dry as possible. The sprayer or atomizer members can also be used to humidify air in dry periods. |
