Corrosion- and wear-resistant body consists of a base body made of a hot-worked steel or a structural steel, which is purified with a thermo-chemical tempered layer and a hard material layer. The tempered layer consists of C, N, B, O, S or Si, and whose amt. does not decrease in the direction from the base body to the hard material layer, up to the boundary surface to the hard surface layer.
