The fixture frame for ceiling panel includes a bracket(24) having a pair of outward flanges(24a) and a slot(2b) formed at the center portion(24b) A bolt(20) is fastened by a 1st nut(22a) and a 2nd nut(22b) located on the upper surface and the lower surface of the bracket through the slot. The inward flange(28) of the M-shaped channel(4) attaching a ceiling panel(7) is engaged with the outward flange of the bracket.
