PURPOSE:To obtain a resin compsn. which is used for a multilayer structure, has a good compatibility, and does not exhibit any abnormal flow by compounding a polyolefin resin, a saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer, and a specific olefin copolymer in a specified wt. ratio. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin resin (A), a saponofied ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer (B) having an ethylene content of 10-70mol%, a degree of saponification of vinyl ester units of 80% or higher, and an m.p. of 125-220 deg.C, and an olefin- unsatd. dicarboxylic anhydride-unsatd. carboxylic ester or -vinyl ester copolymer (C) are compound in wt. ratios of component (A)/component (B) and component (C)/the sum of components (A) and (B) of (1:99)-(40:60) and (0.1:99.9)-(20:80), respectively. Pref., 0.0001-2wt.% [based on the sum of components (A) and (B)] hydrotalcite compd. is added to the resulting compsn., and still pref., 0.0001-2wt.% (based on the same as above) metal salt of a higher fatty acid is further added. |
