PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricating composition usable at a high temperature, having excellent mechanical strength and moldability, and holding a sufficient quantity of lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:This lubricating composition is obtained by mixing a crosslinked resin composition with a lubricating oil or a grease containing the lubricating oil as a base oil, heating the resultant mixture to a temperature higher than the melting point of the crosslinked resin composition and solidifying by cooling. The crosslinked resin composition is obtained by mixing polypropylene (and polyethylene) and ethylene-propylene-non-conjugated diene terpolymer and then crosslinking. |
